Hi, I just use warm water and sometimes warm water and vinegar 1 cup to a gallon. It works well and I prefer something that is natural. I just use a mop that is well wrung out. Soap-based products and citrus based products can leave a residue on laminate making them look dull. It is good to use warm water as it evaporates more quickly. You do need to sweep, swifter or vacuum regularly. Hope this helps.

I’m not sure about the tile, but the laminate flooring, vacuum it first and then mop it with water only. Be sure you ring the mop out good. We’ve had ours for quite awhile in the bedrooms and it’s great. We’re going to put it in our kitchen next.

laminate wood flooring can be tricky as you will get a different answer from all you ask we had laminate wood flooring i can tell you what not do. here goes
dont ever steam it as the laminate lifts along the joins.
dont ever use a wet mop as the floor will swell and look crap.
you probably should spray and wipe it with windex or something as everything ive tried leaves streaks
and if you have heavy funiture it leaves indentations on the floor witch can look funny if you want to rearrange things but it is great if you have kids as they cant scratch or dent it but they can chip it in something heavy and sharp drops on it,

I’m selling laminated wood floor in Singapore for the last 10 yrs. I always tell my client, Use any detergent except bleach in the water. Make sure after mopping, the water drys by itself (evaporate ) after 15 mins.
